Terms of use

Shopdeck is an operator tool for e-commerce teams: a Campaign Builder, a Profit Dashboard and an Ad Intelligence workspace. It is operated by Merravè (Belgium / Netherlands). By creating an account or using a workspace you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

  • You need an account (email and password, or a sign-in link) to use Shopdeck. Keep your credentials to yourself.
  • Every account gets a personal workspace. Workspace owners and admins decide who else joins and with which role.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and inside workspaces you administer.

2. Your data and your connected accounts

  • You connect your own Shopify store, ad accounts (Meta, TikTok), messaging and AI providers. Shopdeck only calls their official APIs with the credentials you provide.
  • You must have the right to use those accounts and to let Shopdeck read from and, where you ask it to, write to them (for example creating a paused campaign).
  • Data you import or that Shopdeck collects for your workspace stays yours. We do not sell it and do not share it with other workspaces.

3. What Shopdeck does and does not promise

  • Figures shown in the tools are calculated from the data your connected accounts return. They can lag, be incomplete or be revised by the source platform.
  • Ad Intelligence shows publicly available ads from official ad libraries and links to them; it does not store ad media and it does not report competitor revenue or spend.
  • Shopdeck is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for decisions you take based on the tools.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Shopdeck to break the terms of Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Anthropic or any other provider you connect.
  • Do not try to access workspaces or data you were not invited to, and do not probe or overload the service.

5. Ending the relationship

  • You can leave a workspace or, as owner, delete it at any time from Settings. Deleting a workspace removes its data and credentials.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger other users.

6. Changes and contact
